The Team
Michelle Hayward
Founding Coach
Michelle trained as a Medical Assistant before joining Copp Chiropractic in 1997 and currently remains on staff.
Michelle is one of our “founding coaches” of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Methods. Michelle is well versed in all phases of the IP diet. She enjoys helping others attain their weight loss goals and to achieve their higher level of wellness.
Michelle is certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the International Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Michelle is also certified in Zyto Bio Communication Technology.
Janet Glasson C.N.H.P.
Founding Coach and Director
Janet's career in health has taken her from teaching, CNA work, Unit Secretary at Spaulding Rehab, Medical Assistant to an Internist for 8 years, all before joining Copp Chiropractic in 2000 where she remains on staff part time.
Through personal experiences, and her passion for natural health and wellness, Janet went on to obtain her certification as a C.N.H.P. (Certified Natural Health Professional), from Trinity School of Natural Health, Warsaw, Indiana as well as certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN. She is also certified in ZYTO Bio Communication Technology.
In 2011 through much research, Janice Burns, D.C. incorporated the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method into her practice. This very quickly grew and became Canterbury Wellness Centre.
In 2015, Janet and Michelle became the new owners of “CWC” where they remain dedicated to enhancing the health of the people of Sandwich and surrounding communities through weight management with the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol where staying connected is key!
Janet has a special interest in working with folks who have larger amounts of weight to lose. Janet enjoys working with ALL ages to assist clients in identifying and balancing wellness with a natural approach to healthy Lifestyle Living.
Janet enjoys spending her down time cooking and spending time with her family.
